There are a variety of regular services held in the benefice each week.
On the first Sunday of each month at 10.30am there is a shorter Family Eucharist at Bury that is suitable for people of all ages.

On the third Sunday there is a traditional Sung Eucharist at St John’s in Bury at 10.30am.
For those who prefer a quiet Book of Common Prayer Communion service, this is celebrated at 8.00 am on the second and fourth Sundays of the month in St John’s, Bury and, in the summer months, St Nicholas’, Houghton.
If the early morning is not for you, but you would still like a service taken from the Church of England’s Book of Common Prayer, then Hardham is the place for you with alternate Matins and Holy Communion services at 9.15am.
When there is a fifth Sunday in the month we have a joint Benefice service at 11am, using each of the four churches in turn. The one this month is on 29th July at St Nicholas’, Houghton. Our Archdeacon, the Venerable Fiona Windsor will be presiding and preaching, and we will all share a lunch afterwards, hopefully in the churchyard, weather permitting. All are welcome.

On Thursdays at 9.30 am there is a quiet Eucharist at St Giles church. Following the service a Coffee Shop is open in nearby Sandham Hall.
